B2B Terms and Conditions

ETHEREAL CANDLE CRAFTERS – B2B TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. B2B Account Registration

Access to our wholesale pricing is available to approved business customers only. To get started, apply for a B2B account via our website. You will receive an email once your application has been reviewed. Upon approval, you can log in here using the email address you registered with.

2. B2B Pricing & Discounts

Approved B2B accounts qualify for a 50% discount off all products storewide. Discounts are automatically applied when you are logged in to your approved B2B account.

3. Minimum Order Amount

A minimum order value of R5,500 (excluding shipping) applies to all B2B orders. Orders that do not meet this threshold will not be processed.

4. Placing Your Order

All B2B orders must be placed online via the Ethereal Candle Crafters website while logged in to your approved B2B account.

5. Payment & Invoicing

An invoice will be generated after your order has been placed online. This will reflect the full order amount plus the applicable 10% delivery charge. Payment must be made in full before production begins. Lead times commence once payment has cleared.

6. Shipping

Shipping on all B2B orders is charged at 10% of the total order value and will be reflected on your invoice.

7. Lead Times

All of our candles are handmade and made to order. Our minimum lead time is 15 working days from the date payment has cleared, excluding shipping time.

8. Returns & Damaged Goods

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless goods are received damaged or defective. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

9. Amendments

Ethereal Candle Crafters reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon notification.
