Wholesale ordering process
Step 1: Apply for an account
Fill in the trade application form above.
Step 2: Account approval
Your trade account will be approved if you meet our wholesale requirements.
Step 3: Login and order
Login to your account on our website using the email address you signed up with. Trade discounts are automatically applied.
Step 4: Process and manufacturer
Candles are poured in structured manufacturing slots based on our production calendar. This schedule ensures efficiency — and is why we require orders at least 15 working days in advance.

Wholesale Candle Supplies
Yes, we offer our candles at discounted wholesale prices to approved wholesale customers, subject to minimum order volumes. Apply for a wholesale account here.
Approved wholesale customers receive a 50% discount off retail prices. To qualify, you must first apply for an account here. Once your account is approved you will be able to order directly from our website - the B2B discount will be applied automatically after you login.*
* For wholesale orders, a mimum order value of R5,500.00 applies.

Step 2: Once your account is approved, you will be able to login here using your email address (the same email address you applied with).
Step 3: Place your order online - the wholesale discount will automatically be applied after logging in to your account.
Step 4: After placing your order we will send you an invoice for the full order amount + shipping costs. For wholesale orders, shipping is calculated at 10% of the total order value excluding VAT.
