Candle hire allows you to rent our candles for weddings and events instead of purchasing them outright. You select your candles from our rental catalogue, confirm your booking, receive delivery or collect from our studio, and return the candles within 7 working days after your event. We then remelt and reshape them for future use.
Our rental collection includes pillar candles, stem candles, and sculptural candle forms across all of our signature colours. Every piece is handcrafted and available in a range of sizes to suit tablescapes, altar arrangements, and large-scale spatial installations.
We require a minimum of 15 working days notice excluding shipping for all candle hire orders. This allows time for wax preparation, scheduled pouring, quality control, and packing. Rush orders may be accommodated but will incur an additional fee.
Yes. Hiring candles allows you to create larger, more expressive installations at a lower cost than purchasing the same quantity outright. It is particularly cost-effective for weddings and events where candles would otherwise be used once and discarded.
Both options are available. We offer nationwide courier delivery as well as studio collection in South Africa.
Returned candles are melted down, checked for consistency in texture, colour, and fragrance, and then repoured using our standard manufacturing process. Every candle is quality-checked before being approved for rehire, so each rental meets the same aesthetic and functional standard as new stock.
Late returns may incur a daily charge. Candles must be returned within 7 working days after your event. This timeline is in place to ensure availability for upcoming bookings and to keep our production schedule on track.
