Candles are designed to burn for hours, sometimes days, which makes them one of the most over-invested elements in event styling and décor.

Buying large quantities for a single occasion often means excess cost, unnecessary
waste, and materials used once before being discarded.

Our candle rental collection exists to shift that. It allows you to create full sculptural candle installations for weddings, events, and styled spaces, without overproducing or over-purchasing.

signature colours to build layered tablescapes and spatial arrangements for your wedding or event.

Each rental is assembled from existing handcrafted collections, meaning nothing is
created solely for single-use events.

The result is the same visual impact, rich colour, sculptural form, atmospheric
presence but with a lighter footprint and a more intentional approach to scale.

Candle renting allows for larger, more expressive installations at a lower cost than
purchasing outright.

It also reduces material waste by extending the lifecycle of every candle beyond a
single event, ensuring each piece is used fully before being replaced.

Our Rental Option

HOW OUR CANDLE HIRE SERVICE WORKS

Simple. Sustainable. Sophisticated.

1. Choose Your Candles

Browse our catalogue and select your perfect candle styles for your wedding or event.

2. Confirm Your Booking

Submit your order details and receive a custom quote. Your booking is confirmed once payment is made.

3. Light Up Your Event

We deliver the candles ahead of your event date, or you collect them from our studio, no more than a week in advance.

4. Return & Recycle

Within 7 working days after your event, return the used candles. We remelt and reshape them, continuing their story at the next celebration.

Please note: Late returns may incur a daily charge.

How the candle hire process works

Step 1: Wax Preparation

We begin with either previously returned candles or a fresh wax batch, depending on our current stock. All wax is melted down and checked for consistency in texture, color, and fragrance integrity to ensure it's reusable for high-quality remoulding.

Step 2: Scheduled Pouring & Manufacturing

Candles are poured in structured manufacturing slots based on our production calendar. This schedule ensures efficiency — and is why we require orders at least 15 working days in advance. Rush orders may incur a fee to accommodate restructured timelines.

Step 3: Quality Control

Once cooled and demoulded, candles are trimmed, smoothed, and thoroughly inspected for imperfections like air bubbles, cracks, or discoloration. Only candles meeting our aesthetic and functional standards move forward.

Step 4: Packing & Dispatch

Candles are carefully packed — either for studio collection or nationwide courier delivery. Each candle is wrapped to protect it during transport, ensuring your order arrives beautifully intact.

Step 5: Client Receipt & Check

Brides or event planners receive their candles and confirm all items are present and undamaged. If there’s an issue, we act fast to correct it.

Step 6: Burn at Your Event

Time to light up the magic! Our candles are designed for long, slow burns. With a burn allowance of up to 20% weight loss, your candles will glow beautifully for 12+ hours without going beyond what the rental covers.

Step 7: Return the Candles

After your event, simply return the used candles — either via courier or in person. Be sure to include your name and quote number for efficient check-in.

Step 8: Final Check & Weigh-In

Once returned, candles are counted, weighed, and checked. If more than 20% of the candle’s weight is missing, or if candles are unreturned, a loss fee will be added to your quote.
